Overview: Formally the Goldsmiths Tavern, The New Cross House is a fantastic pub and function space in the heart of New Cross. This is no traditional boozer though. They know how to do atmosphere, hosting Drag quiz nights, life drawing and other excellent events. The staff are wonderfully friendly and dog treats are in a jar at the bar as you walk in. The booths make it easy to sit with and relax without a heavy footfall distracting your furry companions.

Random Fact:

The New Cross House has been a staple of the South-East London community for literally hundreds of years. So many years in fact, that the area itself was named after the pub.
