Russ Kane is the co-founder of the award-winning Men’s Radio Station & also Women’s Radio Station & ‘The Espresso Bar’ men’s help group on Facebook. For twenty years he was ‘The Flying Eye’ on The Capital Radio Breakfast Show with his on-air partner Chris Tarrant.

As an author he has published two books – an autobiography ‘Shout At The Moon’ and a supernatural horror thriller ‘The Gatekeeper’. Russ’s Mini-Schnauzer, Ebony is, allegedly, the centre of the known universe & has run his life for nearly twelve years. Ebony is delighted that her personal butler and PA is a judge in this event & has agreed to let him have time off.
